All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

  • All MIUM products are delivered digitally.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive and email with your Canva link to access the documents.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

3. Personal Use Licence

All MIUM products are sold under a Personal Use Licence, unless otherwise stated.

Each purchase grants a licence for one end user only.

4. Venues & Industry Referrals

MIUM products are designed for use by individual couples.

Wedding venues or industry professionals may recommend MIUM products or offer them to couples as part of their services, provided that:

  • Each couple receives their own licensed copy

  • The product is used by the couple for personal planning only

  • The files are not reused, edited, or redistributed by the venue or professional

Any alternative or commercial use requires written permission from MIUM.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, text, branding, and materials available on this website are the intellectual property of MIUM.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a licence to use the product in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of MIUM products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once files have been downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your files are faulty or inaccessible, please contact us and we will assist you.
